The CQUniversity Village Festival 2018 Stallholder Applications now OPEN!

26 April 2018

Stallholder applications for the 2018 CQUniversity Village Festival are open now. New and returning
stallholders, as well as local businesses are encouraged to apply.

Program Director for the Festival, Jason Pfingst, said that last year stallholders benefitted from
record attendance over the two main days of the festival.

“Organisers are expecting great attendance again this year and with the iconic Yeppoon Foreshore
as the stunning backdrop, it is an opportunity not to be missed,” Jason said.

The Festival is seeking a diverse array of unique products and services, with stallholders expected to
operate for the full duration of the event in complement to the Festival program.”

The CQUniversity Village Festival is a ‘green’ event, with preference given to stallholders who can
demonstrate an alignment between their environmental practices and the Festival’s sustainability
aims.

The Festival community can provide support to businesses in exploring eco-friendly packaging and
Livingstone Shire Council can provide advice to new stallholders in regards to temporary food
licences.

The deadline for applications is Friday 18 May, with successful applicants to be informed by 11th
June.

Further information, including a stallholder’s guide and the online application form.

Any enquiries can be sent in the first instance to stalls@thevillagefestival.org.au
